Preconception Counseling & Readiness Support

For new parents and growing families.

Preconception care is more than cycle tracking—it’s emotional, relational, financial, and spiritual preparation. These sessions are designed to help you slow down, reflect, and intentionally prepare for pregnancy and parenthood.

What we explore together:

  • Cycle awareness, fertility basics, and body literacy

  • Emotional readiness and nervous system support

  • Relationship alignment and communication

  • Preparing for both positive and challenging pregnancy experiences

  • Financial planning and resource mapping

  • Lifestyle shifts to support conception (nutrition, rest, stress)

  • Gentle herbal education and ancestral wellness practices

Format: 1:1 sessions (virtual or in‑person)

Ideal for:

  • First‑time parents

  • Couples preparing to try to conceive

  • Parents planning another pregnancy

  • Those wanting grounded, non‑medical support
